E.L.F. Nail Polish Remover Pads

Price : $1.00
Pros : Easy To Use, Gentle, Dries Quickly, Long Lasting, Goes On Smoothly
Cons : Nothing to bad. One pack only comes with 20 pads. ( I think will check later)
Where to buy : Eyeslipsface.com, Target, K-mart

What E.L.F. says:
"These convenient pads quickly and easily remove nail polish without the mess associated with bottled remover. Citrus scent and gentle formula leave nails fresh and soft."

My thoughts:

I simply adore this product. I wish E.L.F. made a bigger pack! This is definitley one of my eyeslipsface favorites.

At first I noticed that it doesn't feel wet in the sense that its really only slightly damp. I was skeptical because I'm used to drenching my hands with nail polish remover.

It smells like citrus..an odor that is MUCH better than the typical chemical odors from nail polish remover. One pad removes the color from all ten nails, regardless of its a light or dark color. It really does leave my nails feeling "fresh and soft".

I do recommend that if you purchase these to make sure the cap is screwed on tightly. I read a review that said they dried out "after the first use". Ive had an open pack since November and it's yet to dried out (although it is almost used up sadly).

For the dollar price tag it's worth atleast a try.

E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face 55% off Cyber Monday Haul

When E.L.F. was having their 55% off Cyber Monday Sale I decided I had to order some stuff. By some I mean a bunch of stuff. I decided to show everything I got, and because I'm lazy didn't want to do a video haul.

I ordered on November 29th, E.L.F. didn't mark my order as "shipped" until December 15th, more than two weeks later. This was kind of frustrating, but apparently for some people it took even longer. After it was marked as Shipped I got it in two days simply because I live just a state away.
I'm just going to post some pictures of what I got. I will most likely do individual reviews on everything eventually.

Two random E.L.F. EYES LIPS FACE eye set reviews

First I picked up the e.l.f. Essentials Eyes Quad Collections Limited Edition in the Neutral Colors. $5.00
I just checked and it seems these are no longer available They look just like the set above except the colors are neutrals. The set comes with 4 eyeshadow dos and an eyeliner/brush. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and I love them. I haven't used the eyeliner or brush, but the  eyeliner glided on smoothly when I tested it on my hand and the brush feels very soft.

Next I got the e.l.f. Essentials Eye Combo Limited Edition $3
I love all three of these products. The mascara is fantastic as well as both the eyeliners. I love love love this set.

E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face Studio Minty Lip Gloss Review

E.L.F. Studio Minty Lip Gloss $3.00

"The sheer glossy color conditions lips with a minty fresh taste. Can be worn alone or layered with other lip products. Give your lips a beautiful sheen and freshen your breath for instant gratification."

-eyeslipsface website

I bought two of these lip glosses when E.l.F. was having their 55% Cyber Monday Sale. The colors I choose were Boston and New York City. The online swatches honestly look different than the actual product so keep that in mind when buying online.

Boston and New York are actually really similar in color. Boston is a darker red, but New York City appears to be the same red just a tiny bit lighter. I don't mind this much because I actually do like the colors.

Aside from the difference in advertised color, I really do like these glosses.

They are both very shimmery, which I love. They taste and smell EXACTLY like a candy cane and I really love the taste. If your not a fan of minty things this is not the product for you.

On your lips they do have a very light pigmentation, but as they are glosses, by nature they are very sheer.

I would definitely repurchase these and next E.l.F. order I plan on buying more and different colors.

E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face Studio Lip Balm Review

Click to visit it on eyeslipsface.com
 E.L.F. Studio Lip Balm $3.00

"Relieves and soothes lips with a drench of moisture. SPF 15 helps to shield lips from harmful sun rays. Softens lips to prevent and temporarily protect against chapped, cracked or chafed lips." -from the eyeslipsface site

A few weeks ago, I used this product for the first time. My lips have been very dry and chapped lately due to a combination of the weather and a passing cold. After applying this, my lips immediately felt and looked much smoother. I was highly impressed with this product.
The SPF 15 is just an added bonus. Some people get the impression that the Sun's rays only affect us Spring-Summer. However, everyday the Sun rises it's rays still affect us. This provides us a little protection.
It also has a very minty taste, almost like a candy cane which in the winter time is a yummy treat.
For $3 it's a bit more than a regular chap stick. But this product is so worth it's tiny price tag.

Save Money Shopping Online with Ebates

Unfortunately, shopping online is a bit of an obsession for me.  Recently, I discovered a site that helps ease the hole in my pocket this little addiction of mine causes.  The site is called Ebates.com. This site offers rebates and coupon codes for thousands of stores. Included in these stores are sites like Ebay Sephora, Walmart, Target, Nordstorms...etc...
If you are a big online shopper like me, I highly recommend that you become a member of Ebates.com. Personally, I've already received 2 "Big fat checks" from this site.  Also, just for signing up you get $5.00 extra if you earn $5.00 of your own using the service.
Using Ebates is really simple. Just sign up for an account and search your desired store in the search bar.  Next to the store's name, it will tell you exactly what percent of your purchase you will receive back. When you find the store, just press shop now.  Also, ebates offers a whole bunch of coupon codes under the store's name.

E.L.F. Eyes Lips Face Mini Dollar Line Haul Review

For those of you unfamiliar with ELF, they are a discount makeup brand. And when I say discount I mean it. They have so many products for only $1. The dollar line includes lipstick, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and even brushes. They also have two higher end lines the Studio line, which starts at $3 and the Mineral line which also starts at $3.
They sell these products in Target and K-mart. However, if you buy online, your in for even lower prices. The website always has some sort of promotion going on. It's not rare to find an online coupon for 50% off of the studio or mineral lines.
The first time I purchased from E.L.F. was in a local store. I was in need of some makeup for an upcoming party and I figured for a dollar even if I didn't like it it was worth a shot. A bought one total face brush, one super glossy lip shine in watermelon, one regular and water proof mascara duo, and one natural radiance blusher in shy. All these products were a dollar.

  •     Total Face Brush   $1.00   I must say, I was not very impressed with this brush.  It was very soft, however it did not work well for me. I only tried it once though. So it may work well, I just didn't like it. On the other hand, the studio blush brush, which i actually just tried today, is amazing.
  •     Super Glossy Lip Shine $1.00  This lip gloss is amazing. It does live up to it's name, and is extremely glossy. Also, for a gloss, it is very pigmented. I liked this gloss so much, that in a recent online e.l.f. order, I bought it in every color available
  •     Regular and Water Proof  Mascara $1.00  Unfortunately, out of package BOTH sides were dry. So I don't know how this product works. This was a waste a $1. However, this may have not been the company's fault, as I did buy it in a retail store and this store may have had it on the shelf for a long time.
  •     Natural Radiance Blusher $1.00  I actually really like this blush. It is a bit powdery, but I don't mine. It is very pigmented. I highly recommend this blush. Also, for $3 the studio blushes are excellent.
So overall, my first e.l.f purchase was kind of a hit and miss. I have recently placed an order from eyeslipsface.com because I felt it was worth trying a few other products. I am currently still trying everything out, but the things I have tried so  far from my recent purchase are A M A Z I N G.

I think that you should try eyes lips face out. Even if you don't love everything you buy, for $1-$5 it's a steal.

1/15/10 Mini Kmart "Haul" 50% off boxed gift sets

Today I went shopping with my mother and my boyfriend at Kmart. Not the most exciting way to spend my Saturday. I did pick up two things that I wanted to share though. The  gift sets were 50% off and all the other Christmas stuff was 75% off. So yay!

The first thing i picked up was this massive makeup set for $7.50 (originally $14.99). I've never heard of this brand, but I'm excited to try everything out and test the quality.

The second thing I picked up is this body spray set for $5.00 (originally $9.99). I love body sprays because regular perfumes are usually to strong for my tastes.

So yeah
that's it xD
told you it was mini!
